Shipping policy
We like to keep things smooth, simple, and lowkey reliable when it comes to getting your order to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Since we work in small batches, a little extra time may occasionally be needed—but we promise it’s worth it.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within:
- 3–7 working days for metro cities
- 5–9 working days for other locations
(Delays can happen due to factors beyond our control—courier hiccups, weather, etc, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package in real time.
Address & Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. Lowkey Cool won’t be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
