Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you wish to request a return or refund, please reach out to us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

• Product Condition:
  Items must be unused, and in their original condition with all  packaging intact.
  
• Refund Process:
  Once your request is reviewed and approved, we prefer to process refunds directly rather than arranging reverse pickups, wherever possible. This helps us keep the process quicker and more efficient for both sides.
• Return Shipping Charges:
  In cases where a return is approved and processed, delivery/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Exchanges:
  If you’d like to exchange a product, we’ll do our best to assist. However, additional charges may apply depending on factors like order value and delivery location.
• Approval Basis:
